First of all they show up when they say they will! I received a reminder the day before and another when they were on their way. The truck was pristine—I expected a beat up pick up. The two workers were dressed professionally and were very pleasant to deal with. And the icing on the cake: they did some clean up around pieces of junk they hauled away. My house caught on fire, before construction could begin I needed to have my backyard cleaned up . I was up against a deadline . I contacted junk911. I scheduled an appointment with them for the next day They arrived earlier than the scheduled time. They completed the job in 9 hours. They are very professional hard-working but also friendly.. We did not hear anything further until the scheduled day of service, when I got a phone call letting me know the Junk911 team was on its way. They got here about five minutes early and took less than 10 minutes to give me a full, itemized quote. In less than an hour, they had hauled off about half a trailer load of junk that had been piling up in my garage for years, including old paint and other “hazardous waste” that couldn’t just go in the regular trash.
