My house caught on fire, before construction could begin I needed to have my backyard cleaned up . I was up against a deadline . I contacted junk911. I scheduled an appointment with them for the next day They arrived earlier than the scheduled time. They completed the job in 9 hours. They are very professional hard-working but also friendly.. The patriarch of our family died in early October and I had been sorting and organizing his estate for almost 3 weeks. Booking online was super easy. I requested service four days out and received email confirmation instantly, with a guaranteed two-hour arrival time window. We did not hear anything further until the scheduled day of service, when I got a phone call letting me know the Junk911 team was on its way. They got here about five minutes early and took less than 10 minutes to give me a full, itemized quote. In less than an hour, they had hauled off about half a trailer load of junk that had been piling up in my garage for years, including old paint and other “hazardous waste” that couldn’t just go in the regular trash. It’s a huge relief to have that stuff gone forever. The folks we dealt with were friendly, professional, punctual, and FAST. Will definitely recommend, and will use again. We’ll probably have another load ready to go soon, now that I know how quick and painless it is.
