Upon closing our retail location, we had some leftover office furniture & other “things” that no one had the time to clear out. Kevin and his team were professional, speedy, and thorough in helping us to close that final loop in that process. Definitely recommend!

I called Junk911 and Kevin came out the same day and gave me a fair estimate to remove some junk I had in my garage. They actually were able to take everything right then. They were quick and professional and even used their air blower to clean off my driveway when they were done!I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

First of all they show up when they say they will! I received a reminder the day before and another when they were on their way. The truck was pristine—I expected a beat up pick up. The two workers were dressed professionally and were very pleasant to deal with. And the icing on the cake: they did some clean up around pieces of junk they hauled away. Definitely a five star operation!

My house caught on fire, before construction could begin I needed to have my backyard cleaned up . I was up against a deadline . I contacted junk911. I scheduled an appointment with them for the next day They arrived earlier than the scheduled time. They completed the job in 9 hours. They are very professional hard-working but also friendly.. I will definitely be calling them back if I need them in the future because when I saw the completed job I was left in tears because I had my beautiful backyard again. Thank you junk911 I’m giving five stars but if I could give more than five stars I would of.

These guys were the ABSOLUTE BEST !!!!I had carpet pads, flooring, vinyl and trim pieces that filled the entire truck…. The patriarch of our family died in early October and I had been sorting and organizing his estate for almost 3 weeks. I was so overwhelmed that I had forgotten to secure a booking with the junk removal people (any junk removal people).So a bit in a panic, because I am out of the area and leaving the next day, not to mention that the Realtor was getting a lot of interest on the property, I called Junk911 and the lady on the phone was, simply, incredibly helpful.After listening to my needs, she told me that her “guys will be in your area today”, and amazingly, I was able to secure the last spot on their route… SAME DAY!! They showed up on time, were friendly, gave a reasonable quote, and worked their butts off.They even did all the clean-up in the areas the junk was in. Wow, thanks again, that was awesome results. These guys were great and I highly recommend Junk911!

Booking online was super easy. I requested service four days out and received email confirmation instantly, with a guaranteed two-hour arrival time window. We did not hear anything further until the scheduled day of service, when I got a phone call letting me know the Junk911 team was on its way. They got here about five minutes early and took less than 10 minutes to give me a full, itemized quote. In less than an hour, they had hauled off about half a trailer load of junk that had been piling up in my garage for years, including old paint and other “hazardous waste” that couldn’t just go in the regular trash. It’s a huge relief to have that stuff gone forever. The folks we dealt with were friendly, professional, punctual, and FAST. Will definitely recommend, and will use again. We’ll probably have another load ready to go soon, now that I know how quick and painless it is.

Junk 911 hauled two couches away for me. One was a very heavy sleeper couch. They were able to come quickly and were easy to schedule with.
