First of all they show up when they say they will! I received a reminder the day before and another when they were on their way. The truck was pristine—I expected a beat up pick up. The two workers were dressed professionally and were very pleasant to deal with. And the icing on the cake: they did some clean up around pieces of junk they hauled away.
